Premium T Print is committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest standards of quality and packaging.
All online prepaid orders are generally processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Delivery is typically completed within 3–8 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Important – Unboxing Video Required
To report any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, it is mandatory to record a continuous unboxing video, starting from the sealed courier package until the product is completely unpacked and shown.
Claims made without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
Shipping Partners
We dispatch orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we ship through reputed courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other reliable logistics providers. If courier service is unavailable in your area, we may ship your order through India Post or another suitable delivery partner, subject to availability.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
- Shipping charges, if applicable for special cases, are fixed regardless of the number of products in your cart.
- All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch.
Major Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, etc.):
- 3–6 working days
Rest of India:
- 5–8 working days
Please note that deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may take additional time. In certain areas where doorstep delivery is unavailable, customers may be required to collect their parcel from the nearest courier office.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
Before opening the package, ensure you record a complete unboxing video. This video is mandatory for verification and claim processing.
Please email us at order@premiumtprint.com with your Order ID, along with the unboxing video and clear photographs of the product.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Replacement Policy.
