By using the shopping services of Premium T Print, you ("Customer") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Premium T Print reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review these terms periodically.
1. General
Premium T Print specializes in customized apparel, corporate uniforms, promotional merchandise, and personalized printing services.
By placing an order, you authorize Premium T Print to process, manufacture, and deliver your order based on the details provided by you.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to receive communications from Premium T Print via email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels regarding your orders, updates, and customer support. You may request to stop promotional communications at any time by contacting us.
2. Pricing
- All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Premium T Print is currently operating without GST registration. Therefore, GST is not charged separately, and no GST invoice will be issued unless otherwise stated in the future.
- Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Delivery
- Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours, depending on product customization and order volume.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–8 working days after dispatch.
Premium T Print shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
- Customer unavailability during delivery.
- Public holidays, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
- Courier company delays or operational issues.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept delivery may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
4. Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
Since all products are customized and manufactured specifically for each customer:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Change requests may be accepted within 1 hour of placing the order, but cannot be guaranteed.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Product Availability
Products will be supplied as displayed on the website wherever possible.
If a product, color, size, or material becomes unavailable, we may contact you to:
- Select an alternative product or color.
- Wait until the product becomes available.
- Cancel the unavailable item before production begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
Premium T Print shall not be liable for:
- Minor color variations caused by screen displays or printing processes.
- Errors in artwork, spelling, or information approved or provided by the customer.
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners.
- Damage caused after delivery has been completed.
- Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference after production.
Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase value of the affected product.
Services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those required under applicable law.
7. Brand & Trademark Disclaimer
Premium T Print is an independent printing and customization company.
Any trademarks, company logos, artwork, or brand names provided by customers remain the property of their respective owners. Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use such logos, trademarks, and artwork.
Premium T Print does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks or logos printed on customized products.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, images, product designs, logos, and other materials created by Premium T Print, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
10. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- A continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must begin with the sealed courier package and continue until the product is completely unpacked.
- The courier label, outer packaging, and the damaged or incorrect product must be clearly visible.
- Claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
After verification, Premium T Print will arrange a suitable replacement in accordance with our Replacement Policy.
